REFUND POLICY 

Step 1: Request a Refund

• Submit your refund request.
• A courier will be arranged to pick up your item(s).
• First inspection through video (This step does not qualify you for a refund yet)

Step 2: Return Processing

• We must first receive your order back at our warehouse.
• This process may take up to 7 days.
• Once received, all items will be carefully inspected (This is the step that determines whether your refund request is accepted or not)
  
• To qualify for a refund, items must be:
• In perfect condition
• With original labels/tags attached
• Free of stains, odors, or signs of wear
• In the original packaging

Step 3: Refund Issuance

• After inspection, it may take up to 7 days to finalize the process.
• Refunds are issued via InstaPay only.
• Refunds will only be approved if all conditions above are fully met.
• If your refund is not accepted you will have two options: 
  • Have the item returned to you (shipping fees apply).
  • Allow us to keep the item permanently.

EXCHANGE POLICY 

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be in the same condition as received:

• IN IT’S ORIGINAL PACKAGE
• UNWORN
• TAGS ON
• NO STAINS
